Prevention is better than cure…Patients who pay into a membership plan are more likely to attend regularly for their routine dental and hygiene appointments. This means that any potential problems can be identified in a more timely manner.
Our dentists strongly recommend that you consider joining our Clear Plan as a very affordable way of spreading the cost of dental care for both adults and children whilst avoiding large bills.

Booking and Cancellation Policy
Ibbott&Co Dental Clinic, like all dental surgeries, operates an appointment system. We tend to book relatively long appointments to help us comply with sterilisation guidelines and to give the best service we can to our clients. We understand that things change and you may need to move or adjust your appointment time and we will try to help you with this to the best of our ability.
We reserve the right to charge for any cancellation or failure to attend. If you have to cancel then we will endeavour to fill the time allocated to you with another patient, but we will charge for any time not booked.
We require 3 working day’s notice to cancel an appointment of less than 1 hour, and 5 working day’s notice to cancel an appointment of over 1 hour. For new patient appointments and longer appointments, we will take your credit card details and there will be a non-refundable deposit taken which will come off your final bill.
In the event of a genuine emergency, there will be no cancellation charge. Missed appointments will be charged at the full rate on the estimate.
The benefit to you is the lost revenue from cancellations or missed appointments will be borne by those patients who do not attend their scheduled appointments - meaning that revenue lost is not passed on in the form of price increases to everyone.
Please note that the answer machine service does not take messages for cancellation or alteration of appointments and we kindly ask that patients speak to a member of our front house team.
In addition to this, email cancellation or alteration of appointments with under one weeks notice is not possible and again we kindly ask that patients speak to a member of our front of house team.
Quotations provided for treatment are valid for 12 months from the date shown on the quotation.
